Timothy Iversen

Associate

Timothy Iversen assists clients involved in investigations and litigation through his strong ability to process, understand, and present evidence. Before his legal career, Timothy worked in policing for over 17 years, finishing with an assignment to a Financial and Cybercrime Unit. He draws on his experience in varied investigations and conflicts to help find favorable resolutions for clients in high-stress situations.  During Timothy's time in law enforcement, his dedicated work on complex investigations covering wide areas of law resulted in numerous successful outcomes, including exonerating innocent people and declining prosecution when beneficial for the community.

Timothy understands the personal aspects of conflict and the importance of working toward specific goals, regardless of the stress of a situation. Some of Timothy's proudest moments are when he rapidly and successfully deescalated some of the tensest situations despite entrenched hostility, building value in community trust.

Timothy now brings this foundation to his practice of law. When clients deal with conflict through civil or criminal investigation or litigation, he keeps their end goals in mind. His ability to analyze and process the law and facts of a situation enable him to assist his teams in coming to resolutions that preserve or build value.
