Darya Kaboli-Nejad

Darya Kaboli-Nejad focuses her practice on corporate law matters. Darya has significant experience researching legal issues and drafting memoranda on numerous areas of the law. While in law school, she worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Richard Ulmer of the San Francisco Superior Court and as a judicial extern for the Honorable Laurel Beeler of the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California. She also spent a year as a legal research assistant on a published article regarding religious liberty and worked as a Venable summer associate.
