Darya Keboli-Nejad

Darya Kaboli-Nejad focuses her practice on corporate law matters. Darya has significant experience researching legal issues and drafting memoranda on numerous areas of the law. While in law school, she worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Richard Ulmer of the San Francisco Superior Court and as a judicial extern for the Honorable Laurel Beeler of the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California. She also spent a year as a legal research assistant on a published article regarding religious liberty and worked as a Venable summer associate.

Darya thrives in a team environment. Prior to law school, she was a walk-on to the top-ranked University of Oregon women's softball team, where she later earned a scholarship. The team won the Pac-12 championship in 2016 and 2018 and made World Series appearances in 2017 and 2018. Born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, Darya embraces her midwestern hospitality values by creating interpersonal relationships with her community.
