Evan S. Krygowski

Evan Krygowski practices complex patent litigation. With a Ph.D. in organic chemistry from Harvard University and previous experience as a research scientist at an innovative biopharmaceutical company, Evan understands his clients’ needs and leverages his technical understanding to protect their intellectual property. He frequently represents pharmaceutical companies in proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He has experience in all stages of litigation and regularly works with experts on issues involving drug design, small-molecule formulation, protein formulation, polymorph discovery, pharmacokinetics, and process chemistry.
