Patrick T. Kalbac

While in law school, Patrick participated in the Investor’s Rights Clinic, where he represented underserved investors, and the Federal Appellate Clinic, where he researched and drafted appellate briefs on behalf of indigent defendants. He also was an executive board member of the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board and a member of the Business Law Review. He was awarded the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement Award for Torts and inducted into the Order of Barristers. Patrick is a member of the Dade County Bar Association, American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, and the National Association of Federal Equity Receivers.
