Amin Labbate focuses his practice on commercial litigation and class action defense. Amin brings a strong background in legal research and writing to his practice. During law school, he served as a judicial extern for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, where he drafted bench memoranda and court orders and opinions on civil and criminal issues. Amin also served as a law clerk in the Civil Division for the U.S. Attorney's Office in San Francisco, where he drafted motions and assisted in investigations into violations of the American Disabilities Act (ADA) and False Claims Act (FCA).
