Deepti Loharikar has substantial experience leading healthcare policy initiatives related to behavioral health, pharmacy practice, telehealth, HIPAA rules, Medicare/Medicaid, and the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Deepti previously served as the senior director of regulatory affairs for the leading health plan association working to improve access for mental health and substance use disorders, and the director of federal and state public policy for an association representing traditional drugstores, supermarkets, and mass merchants with pharmacies. She also served as a policy analyst at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
Deepti draws on her leadership experience within these organizations and her relationships with federal regulators to assist clients in developing comprehensive strategies to achieve their policy objectives.
