Ethan B. Mackey

Ethan Mackey concentrates his practice on bankruptcy and creditors' rights matters and is a member of a team that handles commercial mortgage-backed securities trust work and litigation. At Columbia Law School, Ethan's academic achievement earned him the designation of Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He also served as editor in chief of the Columbia Journal of Tax Law, where he doubled the journal's output from the prior year.
