Wright Katie

Katie Wright Morrone is a civil litigator with vast experience representing clients in complex and high-profile matters in all stages of litigation and dispute resolution. Katie is regularly engaged in prominent, highly publicized matters, while also handling extremely confidential matters that are routinely resolved without ever getting to litigation. She is particularly sensitive to, and adept at managing, the competing interests clients must balance during or in anticipation of litigation.

Katie has represented clients in cases across the country involving a wide range of issues, including breach of contract claims, tort causes of action, novel statutory claims, defamation, "soft intellectual property" (trademark and copyright) disputes, false advertising, and antitrust actions.

Katie also has experience in federal and state pre-litigation regulatory investigations, including work before the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), and New York, Massachusetts, and Utah state attorneys general.
