Scott Moulin represents clients in complex commercial litigation, with a focus on class action defense, products liability, antitrust, data privacy, sports, financial institution, and healthcare-related disputes. Scott regularly leads day-to-day litigation strategy, manages discovery and motion practice, and coordinates with clients, co-defendants, and opposing counsel across jurisdictions. Scott has guided matters from early investigation through dispositive motions and resolution, including settlement negotiations and mediations. He also advises on internal investigations and regulatory compliance.
