Brittany N. Newell

Brittany Newell advises clients on matters related to trusts and estate planning. Brittany’s practice is informed by her experience counseling high-net-worth individuals, business owners, charitable organizations, and family offices in complex estate planning, charitable planning, and wealth preservation matters. Prior to joining Venable, she was an associate in the private client services group of an international law firm. There, Brittany administered trusts and estates for clients, including reviewing estate documents and coordinating asset distribution. She is also adept at drafting summaries of asset disposition, Heggstad petitions, accounting petitions, and proposed settlement agreements.
