Catherine Gamper Ottenritter

Catherine Gamper Ottenritter represents clients in complex commercial matters throughout state and federal court systems. Catherine began her Venable career as a summer associate, where she drafted memoranda in a commercial general liability insurance dispute and prepared a statutory update for Maryland Corporation Law, the leading treatise on corporation law in the state. She brings significant judicial experience to her litigation practice. During two judicial clerkships with the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, she assisted in civil and criminal matters, drafted memoranda disposing of pretrial and post-trial motions, and prepared bench memoranda for hearings and trial.
