Catherine Gamper Ottenritter represents clients in complex commercial matters. Catherine brings significant judicial experience to her litigation practice after serving two judicial clerkships with the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. She has assisted trial teams in state and federal courts, including on a team that secured a judgment in federal court for a client suing for aiding and abetting fraud. Catherine also has experience representing clients facing class actions brought under state and federal consumer protection statutes. In addition to her litigation practice, she has advised clients on compliance with applicable laws and provided recommendations for improvement.

Prior to law school, Catherine worked as a legal assistant to the intellectual property group of an international law firm. In this role, she assisted the pretrial and trial teams for high-profile litigation cases and managed relevant case materials.
