Dan O’Brien is a member of the firm's Business Division and focuses on bankruptcy and creditors' rights and commercial litigation.  He has represented debtors, creditors’ committees, commercial creditors, liquidating agents, lending institutions, individuals, and commercial landlords in a wide range of matters, including stay relief actions, preference actions, fraudulent conveyance actions, claims litigation, lease enforcement, contract disputes, and the enforcement of creditors’ rights.  Dan has also represented an array of clients in commercial and civil litigation in Delaware state and federal courts outside of the bankruptcy context.
