Grace C. O'Malley

Associate
Grace O'Malley

Grace O’Malley counsels clients in a variety of commercial litigation matters. Grace represents clients facing enforcement actions as well as those bringing and defending claims related to breach of contract, business torts, trade secrets, premises liability, defamation, and securities. Grace has experience at each stage of litigation, guiding clients through pre-complaint fact investigation, legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and leading discovery efforts. She also has experience in preparing for and taking depositions, trial, and post-judgment briefings and appeals.

During law school, Grace worked full-time at the Maryland Office of the Attorney General until her last year when she worked as a law clerk for Maryland Legal Aid. Before her legal career, she taught literacy and social studies to first- and second-grade students at a Baltimore City public school. Inspired by her former students and colleagues, Grace strives to bring the grit, care, and collaborative problem-solving from the classroom to her practice.
