Kathryn Purple's practice focuses principally on corporate and securities matters. Kathryn has experience advising public companies on securities law matters, including U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting obligations. She has represented public and private companies in connection with corporate governance matters, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, joint ventures, fund formation, and letters of credit. She has also been involved in loan modification and loan sale transactions.
