Taylor M. Petrie

Taylor Petrie focuses her practice on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. Taylor has a range of experience drafting pleadings and researching complex issues on bankruptcy and civil matters. In addition to legal clerkships at private law firms, her practice is informed by a judicial internship at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida. There, Taylor gained firsthand experience observing bankruptcy hearings and trials on various issues, as well as assisting with opinion drafting and researching case law on intricate issues for the Honorable Michael G. Williamson.
