Sarah Gates Picchini is a member of a team that assists clients in resolving a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, intellectual property (IP), and entertainment matters. Sarah supports her fellow attorneys through in-depth legal research and analysis of diverse industries within the commercial litigation context. Before beginning her career in law, Sarah spent 10 years working in college athletics with the University of Southern California (USC) Athletic Department, the Rose Bowl Stadium, and the Tournament of Roses Rose Bowl Game.

During law school, Sarah was a student attorney in the George Washington University Law School's Intellectual Property and Technology Law Clinic, assisting clients with trademark and copyright matters and representing clients before the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board. Sarah was also a legal intern with the National Collegiate Athletic Association's (NCAA) Government Relations office, assisting with issues regarding student athlete employment; sports betting; and name, image, and likeness (NIL).
