Adam Rosenblatt represents local, regional, and national clients in analyzing and complying with land use regulations primarily related to real estate development in Baltimore County and throughout Maryland. Adam assists clients in obtaining administrative, regulatory, and legislative approvals for all phases of real estate development and permitting. He has extensive litigation and appellate court experience that assist him in handling contested matters that are appealed through the Maryland courts. Adam frequently works on residential subdivisions, a wide range of commercial use approvals, industrial and office parks, mixed-use town centers, and a range of other projects.

After completing a judicial clerkship for Judge Dana M. Levitz in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, Adam served as an attorney for Baltimore County, Maryland for eight years. Adam handled a variety of civil litigation matters as an assistant county attorney for five years and served as assistant to the director of the Department of Permits, Approvals, and Inspections for three years before joining Venable. He brings to Venable a wealth of litigation experience before administrative bodies and in state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as extensive knowledge of the land development process in Baltimore County and other Maryland jurisdictions.
