Alxis Rodis

Alxis Rodis brings a spectrum of experience to her commercial litigation practice. Prior to joining Venable, Alxis interned with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia under Magistrate Judge Lawrence R. Leonard, where she gained experience drafting reports and recommendations responding to Social Security benefits appeals, reviewing pre-trial motions, and drafting memoranda regarding habeas corpus petitions.

Alxis graduated magna cum laude from William & Mary Law School, where she served as chief justice of the Moot Court Team and as a member of the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal. As part of her work for the William & Mary Appellate and Supreme Court Clinic, she prepared appellate briefs and delivered oral argument before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
