Ben Rutan

Ben Rutan dedicates his practice to supporting all phases of commercial litigation. He assists his teams in researching complex state and federal procedural rules and substantive law, ensuring clients are putting their best foot forward in litigation matters. Drawing upon his time as a federal judicial extern and extensive clinical work in law school, Ben thrives in fast-paced litigation and research settings, producing polished memorandums and briefs that deliver rapid insights.

Prior to law school, Ben worked in Silicon Valley as an operational team manager in the health technology space, before pivoting to work as a legislative aide in Washington, DC. His resulting understanding of both the private and public spheres helps ground his work and deliver results, no matter the client.
