Chelsea tactically develops and implements wealth management solutions, weighing the impact of gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer taxes, as well as state and federal income taxes to align succession plans with a client's specific vision. She guides clients every step of the way, from the planning, strategizing, and conception stages to working with clients' teams of advisors to execute strategies and prepare required filings with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), such as gift tax returns and estate tax returns.
