Ricigliano Christopher

Chris Ricigliano is a litigator experienced in handling pretrial preparation. Chris enjoys the strategy involved in trial prep and thinking through complex problems to find the best solution for clients. He is experienced in drafting a range of motions, including motions in limine and Daubert motions, as well as preparing witness testimony outlines and cross-examinations. He is also engaged in the discovery process, researching, writing, and drafting discovery motions. He has participated in several full federal trials, argued motions in court, and second-chaired depositions. Chris's forward-thinking approach helps position clients for positive outcomes in and outside of the courtroom.

Chris has worked with clients from numerous industries, including environmental, construction, and consumer protection. As a Venable summer associate, he gained valuable experience conducting research and preparing memoranda on such issues as the future of privacy laws and state fiduciary standards for broker-dealers.
