Rachel Richards focuses her practice on commercial litigation. Rachel graduated from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law. During law school, Rachel served as a law clerk for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office in the Consumer Protection Division, where she performed legal research for senior attorneys, analyzed discovery, and investigated data to support ongoing litigation. She also pursued her interest in litigation by serving on the executive board of the Entertainment Law Society.

While completing her undergraduate degree at the University of California, Irvine, Rachel captained and coached the university’s nationally ranked mock trial team. In addition to her involvement as a competitor, Rachel forged team partnerships with local judges, legal offices, and bar associations.
