Ari J. Spitzer

Ari Spitzer focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. Ari has represented clients from a broad range of industries, including media and entertainment, financial services, wood products, avionics, hospitality, and others. His experience includes all aspects of litigation, from conducting high-stakes internal investigations to arguing motions, negotiating plea bargains, and coordinating execution of settlement agreements. Before joining Venable, Ari practiced general litigation in the Los Angeles office of an Am Law 100 firm. There, he also worked on matters related to white collar investigations, insurance coverage disputes, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), municipal law, and labor and employment.
