Ashley Song is a litigator who defends employers in a broad range of employment disputes. Ashley represents employers in single-plaintiff matters involving wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and other workplace claims, as well as wage-and-hour class actions. She guides clients through all stages of litigation, from discovery and dispositive motions through mediation, trial, and private arbitration. Ashley also counsels employers on day-to-day workplace issues, including leave requests, termination decisions, accommodations, and employment policies, in compliance with California and federal employment laws.

In addition to her employment practice, Ashley represents companies in consumer protection and false advertising litigation, including putative class actions involving claims under California's Unfair Competition Law (UCL), Consumers Legal Remedies Act (CLRA), and False Advertising Law (FAL). She also counsels clients in the consumer products industry on litigation risk and compliance relating to product labeling, advertising, marketing, and other consumer-facing representations.
