Ashley H. Song

Associate

Ashley Song focuses her practice on complex litigation and dispute resolution, including class action defense. Ashley also counsels clients in the consumer products industry on best practices for labeling, sales, marketing, and other customer-facing communications and on vendor contract matters, including indemnification provisions. In addition, Ashley is experienced in labor and workplace safety matters. She represents employers facing wage-and-hour class action suits and claims under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) and in single-plaintiff claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, and harassment, in addition to providing day-to-day advice and counsel.
