Daniel Schwartz counsels clients on various areas of corporate law. Prior to law school, Daniel worked at a legal technology startup, where he developed valuable business insights and honed his client communication skills. During law school, he assisted nonprofit founders and small business owners with corporate governance and tax matters in his role with the Community Enterprise Clinic at the University of Michigan. Daniel also spent two summers with Venable, where he drafted corporate governance documents, conducted due diligence for corporate transactions, and further developed his legal research skills.
