Evan Suval

Evan Suval represents clients in a variety of high-stakes cases, including constitutional challenges, class actions, business torts, SLAPP suits, trust and estate matters, and contract disputes, and on matters involving antitrust, intellectual property, real property, and complicated procedural issues. Evan excels in motion practice, having written numerous successful briefs in federal and state courts at the trial and appellate levels. He is seasoned in fact and expert discovery and is experienced in all phases of litigation, from pre-complaint counseling through trial and appeal.
