Evan Suval

Evan Suval represents clients in a wide variety of litigation. Evan excels in pretrial motion practice, has co-written numerous successful briefs for federal and state courts, and is seasoned in doing complex legal research and managing all phases of written discovery. He has worked on high-stakes cases, such as constitutional challenges, class actions, business torts, and contract disputes and on matters involving antitrust, intellectual property, and complicated procedural issues. During law school, Evan worked for the Mid-Atlantic Innocence Project, where he focused on issues relating to wrongful convictions.
