Evan Suval

Evan Suval represents clients in a wide variety of litigation. Evan excels in pretrial motion practice, has co-written numerous successful briefs in federal and state courts at the trial and appellate levels, and is seasoned in all phases of written discovery and researching complex legal issues. He routinely works on high-stakes cases, such as constitutional challenges, class actions, business torts, and contract disputes, and on matters involving antitrust, intellectual property, and complicated procedural issues. During law school, Evan worked for the Mid-Atlantic Innocence Project, where he focused on issues relating to wrongful convictions.
