James Sabia helps clients navigate the legal and regulatory frameworks governing federal procurement and resolve complex disputes. James advises contractors and businesses on bid protests and Contract Disputes Act (CDA) claims, guiding them from pre-award challenges through post-award litigation. He also advises clients on a broad range of regulatory compliance issues having to do with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and related procurement statutes. James draws on experience supporting government investigations, audits, and regulatory matters, which informs his practical, detail-oriented approach to litigation and regulatory matters.
