Jared Sands

Jared Sands advises clients on all aspects of tax and wealth planning, from powers of attorney to wills, trusts, and estates. Jared has counseled trustees and beneficiaries in trust administration and litigation and represented executors in probate and estate litigation. He brings a diverse legal background to his practice. In addition to estate planning, Jared has worked in personal injury and family law, and spent numerous hours in civil, criminal, and family trials as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable John P. Davey in the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, Maryland. 

Jared has drafted pleadings, motions, and memoranda, and managed the discovery process in estate litigation and personal injury litigation, from intake to trial. His breadth of experience enables him to incorporate a range of solutions tailored to the needs of each estate plan, thoughtfully guiding clients in structuring plans that protect assets and benefit future generations.
