Sally Shin is a member of the firm’s transaction tax practice and advises clients on sophisticated domestic and international tax planning and structuring, including United States outbound and inbound transactions. Sally has experience in tax advisory matters related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), restructurings, carve-outs, investment and financing structures, disposition alternatives, and post-transaction integrations.
