Anthony J. Vitti

Associate
Anthony Vitti

Anthony Vitti is a litigator representing clients facing complex commercial disputes and government investigations. Anthony has advised corporations in corporate governance disputes, breach of contract actions, trade secret misappropriation claims, and consumer class actions. He also has significant experience defending clients from state and federal agency enforcement actions, both civil and criminal in nature. Anthony assists clients throughout the entire litigation life cycle, from overseeing large-scale document review, managing discovery disputes, and preparing witnesses for deposition, to briefing motions to dismiss and for summary judgment. He has argued motions and examined witnesses in court and arbitral forums.

In conjunction with his litigation practice, Anthony works with clients to reduce legal exposure and avoid litigation entirely. He partners with in-house counsel to draft litigation risk assessments, develop settlement strategies, and enhance regulatory compliance programs.
