Anthony Vitti counsels clients on matters involving commercial litigation and government investigations. Anthony advises companies and government entities managing an array of disputes, including novel tort claims, shareholder litigation, and breach of contract actions. He also represents clients facing regulatory and criminal investigations, including those brought by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). He has experience representing clients facing liability under a variety of federal statutes, including the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FDCA) and the False Claims Act (FCA).

Anthony assists clients throughout the entire litigation life cycle, from pre-litigation strategy to discovery and motions practice. He also helps clients avoid litigation entirely by developing effective negotiation strategies and overseeing regulatory compliance efforts.

Anthony embraces pro bono opportunities. He recently secured a special immigration visa for an Afghan interpreter who served U.S. forces in Afghanistan and facilitated his family’s safe transportation from Kabul after the U.S. withdrew from the country.
