Bianca Volpicelli

Bianca Volpicelli examines complex procedural and jurisdictional issues in federal and state courts. Bianca supports her teams in drafting and reviewing pre-trial motions, complaints, and answers, as well as in managing discovery. She polished her writing skills and gained experience working in all phases of litigation as a part-time law clerk for the Augusta County Circuit Court during law school.

Before law school, Bianca taught at a Title I elementary school and later interned with KIPP DC public schools' in-house counsel. During her internship, she gained exposure to the legal and regulatory challenges facing the education sector. Bianca's background in education offers her a client-centered perspective in approaching legal issues.
