Sarah has experience managing and preparing complex entitlement projects throughout Los Angeles, as well as preparing California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) clearances, leveraging her deep knowledge of local regulations. She has worked closely with government agencies and stakeholders to navigate complex regulatory and legal frameworks, developing creative solutions for complex land use and development issues. Before joining Venable, Sarah worked with a California firm focused on representing regional tenants in unsafe living conditions.
