Leah Watson handles intellectual property matters, with a focus on patent litigation in the life sciences industry. Leah's practice is informed by her biology and pre-medical education, which allows her to be an effective advocate at the intersection of science and the law. Her interest in the life sciences informed her undergrad studies, as she selected courses on genetics, plant taxonomy, bacteriophage biology, biochemistry, and electron microscopy. In law school, Leah focused on intellectual property, studying a wide array of intellectual property topics, including patent law, copyright law, trade secret law, fintech law, and the law of geographical indications.
