Venable partner, David Karceski, was quoted in a July 21, 2006 Daily Record article on the UDAT's recent endorsement of recommendations regarding high-density real estate development in the community.
"We are pleased that the UDAT identified a need that has long existed in Towson," wrote Karceski. He also said that he expects to see more downtown condominium and townhome developments take shape. "Such developments are crucial to the long-term financial health of merchants. As (the) UDAT found, this type of residential development will help to ensure a vibrant future for Towson and success for its retail community."
