Venable attorneys Jim Burnley and David Dickman were mentioned in a profile of Howard Franke Bovers Jr., chairman of Atlantic Sea Island Group, that was published by North Jersey.com on March 29, 2009. Bovers leads a consortium that plans to build an artificial island off the coast of New Jersey that will serve as a liquefied gas terminal.

The group's legal team from Venable includes Burnley, who served as Secretary of Transportation during the Reagan administration, and Dickman, a 24-year veteran of the Coast Guard.

The project could create as many as six million man-hours of work over five years of construction requiring barge and tugboat operators, boilermakers, steamfitters, steelworkers, carpenters and others.
