Brown has joined the firm’s Cybersecurity Services Group in Washington, DC as senior director, global security and technology. With a distinguished career spanning over three decades in both the public and private sectors, Mr. Brown brings a wealth of experience in technology policy, governance, and international relations.
Mr. Brown’s extensive background includes serving as a senior advisor on technology policy at the European Parliament, where he played a pivotal role in shaping transatlantic technology strategies.

Throughout his career, Mr. Brown has advised Fortune 50 companies, international organizations and national governments, contributing to significant policy frameworks that address the challenges of cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and data governance. He is recognized as a leader in the field, having held notable positions, such as president of the Identity Ecosystem Steering Group, established under the Obama administration's National Strategy for Trusted Identities in Cyberspace.

Mr. Brown holds a B.A. in politics and communication studies from City of London Polytechnic and has been recognized for his exceptional contributions to the field of technology governance. He was awarded a US visa for his exceptional abilities (the so-called “Einstein Visa”) in the field of transatlantic tech policy. He is also ISO Certified as an Information Privacy Professional and a published author on various topics related to information architecture and public policy. Mr. Brown speaks English, Italian, French, Portuguese, German, Spanish, and Dutch.
