Intellectual Property Today published the results of its “2008 Top Patent Firms” rankings in the magazine’s March 2009 issue. Venable ranked 81st among the more than 350 firms participating in the survey. The firm took the 80th spot in the 2007 survey.
Rankings are based on the number of utility patents issued in 2008 where the firm or individual is listed as the legal representative on the issued patent.
