Chuck Morton elected Vice Chair of the Maryland Technology Development Corporation

Chuck Morton, Co-Chair of the Business Transactions Practice Group, was recently elected Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of Maryland Technology Development Corporation (TEDCO). Entrepreneur Magazine recently ranked TEDCO #1 nationally for the largest number of investments in start-up/seed or early stage companies for the fifth consecutive year.
