Dan Moylan wins jury trial

Following a one week jury trial in Baltimore County Circuit Court, Dan Moylan secured a verdict in favor of his clients terminating an easement allowing the clients’ neighbor to use a shared driveway on the clients’ property. The driveway at issue was located on a multi-million dollar historic manor undergoing substantial renovation. Moylan also secured a monetary award for trespass. This case was extremely contentious, utilized a broad array of experts and had a number of complicated factual issues. Moylan's victory is thought to have increased the value of his clients' property significantly.
