Jim Hanks interviewed on BBC Radio

Venable partner Jim Hanks was interviewed on BBC Radio to discuss a new law in Maryland that will allow companies to "put social responsibility before making money" by becoming "Benefit Corporations." This will allow them to make decisions to, for example, protect the environment or buy locally, even if those decisions affect the company's bottom line.
