Last week Venable announced that Marcella Ballard joined the firm as a partner in the New York office. Ballard, whose practice focuses on a broad range of IP matters, including trademark and copyright disputes, told Law360 that Venable appealed to her "as a well-established firm with a strong litigation platform."
