In June 2012, Venable partners Davis Sherman and Walter Calvert represented Pickersgill Retirement Community in the loan of proceeds of $31,150,000 Maryland health and Higher Educational Facilities Authority Revenue Bonds, Pickersgill Issue, Series 2012. The bonds were issued to refinance existing debt.
