Venable partner Bart Stupak was quoted in The Hill on June 29, 2012 on the next steps of implementing the Affordable Care Act following the Supreme Court’s ruling on the legislation last week.
“Now that the Supreme Court has ruled, the focus within the executive branch, in the states and throughout the healthcare industry will be on developing and implementing the programs as quickly as possible,” said Stupak.
