On June 28, 2012 the Washington Post reported on Venable team, Doug Baldridge and Ari Rothman's cogent victory in obtaining an important jury verdict favoring the rights of online marketers.
Commenting on the verdict for this landmark “anti-spam law abuse” case, Baldridge said “The defense team worried that any person could harvest spam and turn that into a suing machine. What the jury has said is, ‘you can’t do that’.”
