Venable represents Maryland Institute College of Art in bond offering

On October 10, 2012, Davis Sherman and Walter Calvert represented the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) in a tax-exempt revenue bond offering of $33,985,000 Maryland Health and Higher Educational Facilities Authority Revenue Bonds, Maryland Institute College of Art Issue, Series 2012 to finance dormitory construction, property acquisition and facilities renovation as well as refinancing of existing debt.
