Venable partner and former Michigan Congressman Bart Stupak was quoted in the November 12, 2012 issue of SCRIP Intelligence on the future implementation of the Affordable Care Act following last week’s election. Last week’s election likely means the ACA will be fully implemented but the law could still be amended over time to make up for inefficiencies.
Commenting on the current implementation process, Stupak noted that despite what legislators may do in the future, “consolidating, squeezing the inefficiencies out and becoming leaner and better.”
