Earlier this week, Venable announced that Ronn Davids and Jennifer Cappelletty have joined the Los Angeles office as members of the firm’s Corporate Group. Davids and Cappelletty have developed vibrant national practices working with middle-market and emerging growth companies in distressed and non-distressed situations, with a special focus on representing private equity firms. Davids joins as Partner and Cappelletty joins as Of Counsel.
