Jennifer Cappelletty has a vibrant national practice working with middle-market and emerging growth companies in distressed and non-distressed situations, with a particular emphasis on private equity firms. Jennifer also represents borrowers and secured lenders in financing transactions and enforcement of remedies against collateral. Her practice also includes stock and asset acquisition transactions and general corporate matters. In addition to her work with financial services clients, Jennifer provides general corporate representation, including preparing incorporation and founder equity documentation, establishing equity incentive programs, and negotiating relationships between companies and their employees, suppliers, and customers.
