Venable represented Hollywood talent agency Paradigm Music in the sale of its UK music booking agency, Paradigm Agency Limited, to an affiliate of Wasserman Media Group. Paradigm Agency Limited was one of the largest talent agencies in the United Kingdom, representing approximately 2,000 performing artists, including Shawn Mendes, Bastille, Bon Iver, Tiesto, and Martin Solveig. The complex cross-border transaction involved the sale of multiple classes of stock in Paradigm Agency Limited, the negotiation of numerous credit facilities, and the binding of a representation and warranties insurance policy.
