Robert Bolger

Bob Bolger is a co-chair of both Venable's Corporate Practice Group and Venable’s Hospitality Initiative. Bob represents hotel brands, hotel management companies, closely held businesses, and individual investors in diverse industries. He represents clients in complex business transactions including mergers, acquisitions, private placements, joint ventures, liquidations, sales, and commercial and marketing agreements. Bob provides tax and business planning advice and has negotiated and brought to closing numerous business transactions for clients with worldwide interests. He counsels on all aspects of entity formation, capitalization, corporate governance, financing, and partnerships, focusing in the hospitality, direct-response marketing, advertising, entertainment and technology industries.

    • Represents one of the world’s largest hospitality brands in the negotiation and implementation of numerous distribution and commercial agreements, including worldwide distribution agreements for e-commerce sites and other marketing platforms
    • Represents one of the world’s largest direct-response marketing companies in corporate and business transactions matters

    • Represented a worldwide hospitality company in a joint venture for a large redevelopment project in Las Vegas
